Ilektra completes first bolt-on acquisition since Prefequity's investment

Prefequity is pleased to announce that Ilektra, a Fund II portfolio company, has completed the bolt-on acquisition of Centre Security Innovations (“CSI”). Based in the Midlands, CSI designs, supplies, installs and maintains CCTV and access controls in commercial premises, including retail parks and local government buildings. This acquisition further strengthens Ilektra’s Custom Technology Solutions division, which specialises in electronic security solutions across various sectors nationwide.

It marks Ilektra’s first bolt-on acquisition since Prefequity’s investment in the group in November 2024.
